Mr. Jubelt provides military counsel and representation to Servicemembers in the following disciplines:
Prior to entering private practice Mr. Jubelt completed 10 years of service as a Commissioned Officer and Judge Advocate in the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General's (JAG) Corps with repeat assignments in Military Justice as a Trial Counsel (Military Prosecutor), Defense Counsel, and Special Assistant United States Attorney in both the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of New York (N.D.N.Y.) and the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland (D. Md.); as well as, service as the Chief of Military Justice at Fort Meade, Maryland.
Mr. Jubelt is an Combat Veteran and a graduate of the University of Vermont, the Syracuse University Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs and the Syracuse University College of Law. Matt is admitted to practice in the States of New York and Georgia, as well as, numerous other U.S. Military and Federal Courts to include the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of New York (N.D.N.Y.), the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, the United States Supreme Court, as well as the following military courts: the U.S. Army Trial Judiciary, the Army Court of Criminal Appeals (A.C.C.A.), the Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces (C.A.A.F.) the Court of Veterans Appeals.

Mr. Jubelt regularly represents and provides counsel to members of the U.S. Army throughout the Continental United States (CONUS).
